Description:

I have a Gentex rear-view mirror that was a dealer installed upgrade.  I removed this when the vehicle was new as I wanted a different version.

This fits Evo's, and comes with the wiring harness and adjustable wire-hiding trim piece.  It mounts to your existing mirror stub on the windshield.  This is easy as there is a small tx-20 screw that only needs to be snugged up once it slides onto the stub. 
It has a built in compass that can be turned on, or off. 
There are 2 sensors for the auto-dimming portion, the forward facing sensor (on the side opposite the glass) watches the amount of light outside of the vehicle.  The sensor on the glass side (facing the driver) watches for glare coming behind you - say for example someone with their headlights on.  When the front sensor detects a dark environment and the rear see a bright light- it will automatically dim the mirror chromatically. 
It also comes with 3 buttons that can be programmed to your wireless garage door opener.  The glass is in perfect shape as you can see.  This mirror still looks brand new.
The wire-hiding trim piece is adjustable and the wire slides into the groove so it can go in between your headliner and the mirror base itself.
