Looking to buy an evo 8/9. Lower mileage the better. Looking to spend around 15~19k cash or certified check your choice. Color doesn't matter but looking for something close to stock would love to do my own mods. Clean titles no salvage or rebuilt titles.

I am located in the North Jersey, NJ area. I do not mind traveling but nothing beyond 3 hours.
