Turbo has no shaft play, purchased it from a friend and came out of a perfect running car, No smoke, no leaks etc. Turbo will come with Jpipe, coolant lines etc with the exception of the oil drain tube as i need it for my new turbo, Turbo also comes with a Forge Wastegate actuator. As you will see on the pictures the compressor wheel does have some little chips on the ends of it but i was told it did not affect performance on the vehicle it came out off (non on exhaust side. we are not sure how it occured.

I contacted a friend of mine who works at blouch and was told the wheel can be replaced rather inexpensive so that's an option for who ever buys it. You figured there is probably 300 alone in just the wastegate, jpipe and lines.
