Car was ordered in April 2006, and arrived at Showcase Mitsubishi in Bay City Michigan on July 14, 2006 with 15 miles on it when I picked it up and drove it home.

I have all original parts that were pulled and replaced including the stock turbo, however, I did not keep the stock exhaust/muffler/cat, break pads or rotors. Everything else, I have and it all comes with the car. I even purchased a replacement A Pillar to swap the one I put screws into for the integrated gauge pod pillar currently installed.

I have the original shifter knob, the original plastic badges that were installed on the trunk and complete records of all work I performed such as oil changes, tire rotations, checked the air in the tires, winterized it at the end of the season, etc... I probably have other bits and pieces I will look for, and you get everything.

I have the original window sticker, the original owner's manual and the original Evo9 showroom catalog.

Car has been garage kept since I purchased it brand new in July 2006. Single owner, non-smoker, married with children. Took the best care I knew how, and it shows.

Paint is in excellent condition all around and inside, no fading, no cracking, no peeling, only a few tiny chips on the front end. Brake calipers are in excellent shape, no fading or peeling on the clearcoat. Carpet is in excellent condition, seats, dash, console, etc... all in excellent condition. The car still looks and smells like new and drives/shifts even better. Pulls hard with 424whp and 385tq (graph included) at 26psi.
All dealer related maintenance was performed at Showcase Mitsubishi in Bay City, MI, and can be reproduced and provided if needed by the service manager (Daryl).

60K maintenance performed on schedule. No outstanding recalls open on this car, and just performed the Takata airbag recall in June 2019.

Issues include:
Rear leather seat backs show a slight indent at the top where my kids booster seats pressed. Radio antenna broke off during Vortex generator install at dealer 3x so I capped it.

The car was in one minor accident where a Dodge Durango backed into the front end while I was stopped. Damage affected the hood and driver side headlight housing only. Body shop did a fantastic job matching the paint, and frankly the repaint of the front end in July 2010 allowed me to clean up all the stone chips from daily driving it for 4 years. Stopped daily driving it in December 2010 with 63,869 miles. Since 2011 I have put 2,685 miles on it in nearly 8 years. Current mileage is at 66,554.
