Description:
This is a car that has been in my family now since 2006. I owned for a few years and my dad purchased it from me in 2009....shockingly this is the only car that he has kept for any length of time. Last year he bought another car to work on and has finally made the decision to sell this one.
First I will say that the mileage is accurate at 16,993 mi. as the car is simply not driven much at all. He likes to buy cars and ends up doing a bunch of work and eventually wants to move onto something else. For this car, the engine is a new combination and has about 500-mi on it. Built as a 2.2L long rod, it is a great combination of gaining torque off the corners while still retaining the ability to rev higher. Suspension is well sorted and besides personal preference, it is close to perfect balance. Here is what the car has as I originally built the car as well as did most of the additions over time when I would visit my parents in Florida as this is where the car calls home. Garage kept 100% of its life and has seen rain less than a dozen times.
The car has the following mods:
- Enkei RPF-1 18x10 w/ Bridgestone 275/35/18 RE71-R's
