Nobody in their right mind would list a car like this unless they didn't have to sell. Any experienced sales person knows selling a car like this requires patients until the right buyer comes along. They always do. Money can be printed. Evo 9s in this condition not so much. Infact the longer it sits the more rare it becomes and appreciates. GLWS OP!

Not in any rush to sell Bc I picked up another Evo lol.

Gonna have to disagree with you on this one. I’m sure many experienced salespeople would agree that spelling and grammar are factors to their success; not patience.

Not sure what grammar and spelling issues you are referring to but patience is definitely a factor. Had plenty of offers slightly below asking but waiting on a person who has been desperately searching for a great Evo with cash. If it happens that’s great but if not the price will continue to increase.
Car is worth what someone is willing to pay and trust me; People who want things will find a way to get it. If I was searching for a ix and saw this, I would be buying it after seeing so many Frankenstein Evos.

Wouldn’t expect any loan to go through without a significantly healthy down payment.
Let’s face it. You’re asking an extraordinary amount of cash for this (from what I can see) awesome example of a low mileage, limited production evo. Glad you’re in no rush to sell. The price certainly would reflect as much.

It may be a lot of money for you but I’ve gotten very close to asking price from 6 people. Your opinion on the price is not the next guys opinion lol.
