Description:
Looking to buy an evo9 ecu. Part number 1860A465. Flashed units are fine as long as it boots up and the pins are in good condition. I plan on messing with it on the bench and not in a car. It's a longshot, but I'm looking to keep it under $200 since it's just for testing and not required for a car.
