I was researching PCV options when I built my motor and I wanted a check-valve setup with excellent flow and checking properties.  I came across a company named 'precision check valve' that made these (check valves were all they did).  These guys are no longer around but I bought 2 of these and never ended up using them.   They will open with only the smallest pressure and will not flow in the reverse direction.  Normally check valves like this are not ideal for PCV systems because of the amount of flow, but I was impressed with these, so that is why I originally bought them.  They can also be used for wastegate control if you want to keep vacuum off of your wastegate.  Honestly I can't remember what I paid for them.  The barb size is for 1/4" hose ID.
