Trade 2005 STI built block e85 flex fuel for Evo 8/9
I have a 2005 STI that im looking to trade for an Evo, preferably 5 speed. STI paint is orange and black from previous owner, maybe that's why it hasn't grown on me. I will just paint it in the near future if cant find a trade.
History of STI: When I first purchased the car, it was stock with custom turbo back and cobb air filter/air box. It was on Cobb Stage 2 OTS map and I wanted to get it pro tuned so I had it leak down tested and found it had a bad ringland, unfortunately. So I decided to get the engine swapped (block) and built and make the car as reliable as possible. Clean title on hand. Paper work of everything done. Everything was done together (~1,700 miles so far) Specs: -6 speed manual -Stock turbo -Cobb intake + air box -GrimmSpeed Electronic Boost Control Solenoid -GFB Hybrid Bov/Bpv -Fresh IAG stage 2 shortblock w/ wrist pin/cover seals: -New Subaru Nitride Treated 2017+ STI Crankshaft -99.5mm Manley pistons -BC Sportsman Rods -ACL Bearings -TiC FU Cam Bolt kit -Injector Dynamics 1050x Fuel Injectors w/Top Feed Fuel Rails -Injector Dynamics Side Feed Conversion Feed Line Kit -Walbro Fuel Pump 255lph -Cobb Flex Fuel kit (Ethanol content + Fuel pressure) -ARP Head Stud Kit -Exedy Stage 1 Heavy Duty Clutch Kit -Gates Timing Belt kit w/ water pump -Subaru oem complete gasket kit -NGK One step colder spark plugs -just did an oil change a while ago, on rotella t6 5w40, oem subaru filter and crush -IAG Street Air Oil Separator -Killer B Oil Pickup -Killer B Oil Baffle Windage Tray -SMY Cluster Dual gauge pod -Aem Boost Gauge 52mm -Aem UEGO X-Series Wideband 52mm -Cobb AccessPort V3 -Blitz turbo timer -Custom turbo back exhaust, equal length headers wrapped -Unknown yellow springs -drilled slotted rotors -Stock 5x114.3 BBS -tires can still drive on but will need new ones Tuned by RS Motors in MN during winter Mustang Dyno: 280whp, 320tq on 91 pump 311whp, 390tq @22 psi on e85 (@ 65% ethanol) Car is on flex fuel kit so that means you can run a mix of 91 pump and e85 so you don't have to wait for empty tank to switch maps. Car is capable of more power but would need built head and/or a bigger turbo as it is still stock turbo, if power is your thing. IAG Stage 2 Short Block has a power output rating of 650BHP. |
