2013 white Evo x 58,700 miles clean car located Hagerstown,MD

Second owner of a clean 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X it's my wife's car I'm posting it for her! Its her daily driver so miles will go up but her business is only 8 miles from the house. The car previously was garage kept , as well kept in our heat / ac garage at our house. We purchased the car December of last year right after that we found out we were having our second child. At 50,000 miles I put the car on the lift changed the front / rear diff / transmission/ engine oil / also flushed the coolant system. Also sent the transmission fluid and engine oil to black stone laboratories witch I have the results of the oil and will be glad to send it to anyone. I had three tiny dents removed from a painless dent removal friend. All scratches got buffed out by me. The car overall is a 9.1 out of 10 saying that becuase it does have almost 60k miles on it .. but we take very good care of our cars my Evo 8 and GTR sets in a bubble 8 month out of the year. Also when I got the car at 50k miles last year I replaced the front and rear brake pads / rotors with oem rotors / new tires and algiment as well. Car is pretty much stock besides a cat back exhaust that was already on the car and a BOV with a return pipe . Also had a tuner friend that works at a shop go over the car to make sure air fuel was right and nothing was knocking or anything like that or such. Also there is zero grinding / zero clutch slipping . The car is literally hop in and smile and drive and have fun it's the third one ive owned and I'm sure it won't be our last. In the mean time we need a suv for family car so hoping it's a trail hawk! We shall see . I also did opti coat pro plus the car in July, 2018 witch is good coat for 5 years. The only thing I didn't get to was painting the front bumper just becuase it has your normally high junk on it , all chips I filled in with a pen. There is zero rust / zero deep scratches zero dents on the car.
