I decided to go with heavier custom pistons. I have these BNIB Manley pistons for sale. $550 obo.
- 85.5mm bores
- for 4G63 block:
- either 94mm crankshaft with 150mm rods, or
- 88mm crankshaft with 156mm rods (long rods)
- upgraded wrist pins to 9310 alloy and 0.21" wall pin
- Total Seal rings (1.2mm x 1.2mm x 2.8mm)
