1NastyMr is trying to steal from me.
 

I purchased a set of door panels from a member known as 1NastyMR and still have not received door panels or refund for them. 1NastyMR has since had my money for the parts for at least 3 months now as I paid for them when I was still in Iraq. He sent me a pm saying since I left him a negative feedback he will not be refunding me. I have all pm's including the one he sent saying he was going to send me the value back and the next one saying he is no longer going to refund me the value . What can I do ? He is trying to steal money for parts he never sent.

Did you used paypal? If so file a dispute stating you did not recieve the item!

Agreed. At least get a dispute opened about this. At the same time, I think there might be a time limit in which you can open a dispute through paypal. Hopefully you are not passed that time limit, otherwise you are pretty SOL when it comes to disputing through them.

Did the money come out of a checking account or like a credit card? If you use a credit card to pay for purchases through paypal you can notify your credit card company of the fraud being committed and request a charge back or something along the lines. The credit card company will have more power and resources to find this guy and get your money back than you.

Hopefully a MOD can get with you and help get this cleared up. Good luck.


edit: Looking at his feedback, he has A LOT of good feedback. I don't understand why he would try to screw you out of something that you paid for. Usually someone that has that much positive feedback doesn't do stuff like that. How long did you wait before you gave him negative feedback? Did you try to resolve the situation before giving him negative feedback??

Has he contacted you and gave you his reason? I am also curious with his feedback on why he would just do that.

This makes me think twice about purchasing stuff from other members here.

Dont worry as long as your using payal make sure you pay the fees! Never send as gift, and if u don't receive your item file a dispute. Refund will be in your favor!

Same here. Due to a member to member transaction where I never received the item or a refund I will never buy used parts on here unless they are a vendor.

Anytime you make a purchase you have to cya. I am sure that we have all been caught with our pants down and it sucks.

I have had people on here try to play the gift game. That's a no go for me.

I tried to file a dispute through paypal but since it was so long ago the transaction has expired as it went through clearly. I honestly have no idea why he would be being like this either with 99 sales ratings. If I had that much rep I might for sure be trying to settle this never the less ratings aside be trying to not steal from someone paying you for something you for one reason or another decided not to send to them. I don't know what to do beside post in this forum my situation.

Also I payed pay pal fees . And to the newb. Don't be totally against online purchases just try to be carefull.
