I researched some information and there are few ways to make it fit. (Below article)
The EVO X pistons won't work because the rod pin is a different size.
You would have to get new rods as well.
    That gives you 2 options:
    1. Custom rods to fit the EVO pistons and lancer crank
    2. EVO X rods, which means you have to do other things:
    a. get the EVO crank and machine your block to fit the EVO crank, OR
    b. get the EVO crank AND EVO X block, but this means:
    - you don't know if the accessories (AC, PS, Alternator, etc.) will bolt-on

    What if...
What if get the Custom Rods? Do you know where can get them and what size do I should get them?
What if do the machine job block? Do you know where can do that?
What if put EVO X Crank and Block? Will be no effect on Lancer Manual Trans or other things?

I have a question about Lancer NA CVT swap to Lancer Manual Trans, EVO X Internal Engine Swap, EVO X Turbo swap.
This is my plan right now...

    1. Swap the Lancer CVT to Lancer Manual Transmission
    2. Lancer NA to EVO X OEM Turbo Swap.
    3. Lancer NA Engine with EVO X Internal Engine Swap (Piston, Rods, Bearings)
It looks like EVO X OEM Piston and camshafts are direct bolt-on, but EVO X OEM Rods sizes are different.
What is an easy way to make EVO X OEM RODS to fit the Lancer NA 4B11 Engine?
