- Im a 21 yr old Puerto Rican Male. Just bought a 2008 Lancer DE mid year of 2009 and got a new job shortly after. I'm looking to tune and upgrade my lancer as much and cheaply as possible, but I know little about cars. Tips & comments are appreciated.
