I must say that your objective on spraying water to reduce gas consumption is not the best idea

I am spraying water when MIVEC goes on so that water is carried by a strong air force.

To get best fuel mileage you are supposed to drive with no more than 10% or so gas pedal in... this will not create a great air flow so that water will not mix with air and water may accumulate causing damage to the Throttle body actuator, or even hydrolocking your engine..

Hey Customevo9. Actually you can get the injector size by using your spraying system and making 1 of 2 tests.
grab 1 liter of water , pour it in your system and spray. Count how much time does it take to pour 1 liter, and you will get 1000cc/ x min where x is the time it took to pour it.

the other one is backwards. get a lot of water.. spray and count.. whenever you get a liter in a recipient stop the timer and do the same operation above. 1000cc/ x min to know which size is your injector in case you don't know.

to know the cc/min you need per injector, there is a conversation table on AEM WIF page.. for 162 Hp I needed about 110 cc/min, which I accomplished with a hair spray inyector and a wiper fluid system.

I have video tested with a OBD-II scanner, that the air actually hit 20-23 C when before water injection it was almost 35 C.. almost 15 degrees Celsius less than ambient air.

Hi man, I, Matt. I am thinking of putting a water injection system on my 4g15 N/A to show that I can get the same performance out of the engine but with reduced fuel consumption. Just wondering how to go about calculating my current fuel injector sizes so i can get a base point to size up water injectors. Any help would be epically appreciated
