re-painted front brakes

re-paint brakes?
I was wondering if some one in the va beach area had their brakes repainted on their evo? if so where and how much was it to get it done?
I have to get both of my front brakes repainted due to the clear coat coming off. Its starting to get to me because the drive side front has half with clear and the other half with out.
