Ricers are the ones who think their cars are fast when all they've done is cosmetic. Otherwise, if you just wanna make your car look better to your standards of "good-looking," then you aren't a "ricer." What's terrible is when I see a Civic or something revving or trying to race you when all they have is some flame stickers and a broken exhaust.

Ricers to me is taking a stock Lancer ES and the only mod they put on is an EVO wing.

I would think "rice" is unecessary modifications that neither improve performance nor add to asthetic appeal: such hugemongous wings on cars that will never need the downforce, but suffer from the added weight. And the up and coming interfoolers.

 

they actually have those? wow. dont forget a BOV for an NA. heh heh. ricers, big *** wings for no reason, pepboy special snap on exhaust( just the exhaust), recycled folger coffee can as an exhaust, gauges for no reason, cheap body kits that dont fit and serve no function but to wow underage girls, the stickers of death( or maybe they just try to hold the car together i dont know)

and last but not least

the people that think they fast and the furious is the best movie of all time and using quotes like *i live my life 10seconds at a time* lol
