Currently i need to take my car in for warrenty work and i do have an intake. Do you guys know any dealers around here that are a little mod friendly? I bought my car from stolhman mitsubishi but i heard theyre strict.

 

you can try darcars mitsubishi in college park, they are a official sponser of www.dcevoclub.com , so they might not be as strict. also if you mention that you are part of dcevoclub they give you 20% discounts on all parts, but you are getting warranty work so that wont be a problem.

 

You can also check into Fitzgerald Mitsubishi/Mazada in Annapolis, thats where I take my car, they dont care about mods, unless you take it in for something being broken. Standard milage related service they wont care about your mods. I have 400+ whp, and tons of work and they never said anything. They also had to replace my entire drive line, and never a peep about my modifications.

Not sure where you're at but from what I gather, Jerry's Mitsubishi in Northern Baltimore seems like they'd be mod friendly. They're the only Mitsu dealership in the area that sells and installs Rhys millen Racing aftermarket parts. Anybody is welcome to dispute me on this.

 

Do NOT goto Winner Mitsu in Dover, De..... wouldn't replace something when the car was stock!

I've been there for service with a catless TBE and they didn't seem to care. In fact, I had to wait before I picked my car up because they weren't finished detailing it when I showed up (didn't ask, they just did it)! Now, roll up with lopey cam idle and an MBC and you may find it more difficult. I've always been polite and friendly with Jeff the service manager. Be cool to the person in charge and you may get the benefit of the doubt...
