Rally from Detroit, MI through Indianapolis, IN then to Chicago, IL. Big car show the next day and an even bigger party in a warehouse hosted by Omni Entertainment. A hundred bucks gets you in the rally and the events along with a Motorola Talkabout.

This is an on-road rally? or off-Road? Cause if its a cleared off-road, why would the cops be involved?
