If it wasn't at Capital I wouldn't mind running.

no show for some people that talked as if they were going to show up.

A mysterious oil leak occurred.

Just goes to show... "You have to pay to play!"

BTW It was great weather at the track!

What i don't understand is, its been plan for days, i would have my car ready at least a day prior to race, and all bolts and washers well accounted for.

I guess that was directed at me newb. Well, the oil leak was not mysterious at all, and that wasn't the major issue. Anyhow, I'll explain myself to you when you have a car to run yourself... I'll be at the track next week either way. I have to see what this car can do.

My alky setup was ready but I wanted more power and there wasn't enough time to push a new setup. I just got greedy with how much power I was trying to squeeze out and with more power comes more headaches...

But what new setup were you trying to push?

Wasn't this a 35r race?

I thought you were just getting a c16 tune and showing up?

I guess you thought that your original setup couldn't contest???

Planning is a part of racing too. But given the time it took for your last stage... I didn't think that they would really try and push for something new in 3 days. Which they didn't make that deadline either. Bummer.

Well... you live and learn.

I was just kind of bummed out that you guys didn't show. It would have been pretty cool watching you and SPEED go down the track along with all the other evo's that were there.

I mean come on now... how would you have taken it if you guys showed up and SPEED posted up that he was getting an oil change, found an oil leak, replaced some "missing" washers and still on the lift at race time???

Yep...

So... What really happened causing a no show?

I'm glad I didn't go out of my way to see this. Somehow I had a feeling something like this would happen on one side or the other.

I didn't know he had a 35r. As a matter of fact I don't know anything about his car because I was never told

What happened? At the end of the day Brad happened and I didn't have a driveable car until last night...

I know exactly how you feel. It happens... just plain bad luck. I woke up kind of grumpy this morning so I edited this to be civil. Lets see if it can stay that way. I know how you feel when things break or don't go as planned with your car.

It will be really cool to see you and SPEED go at it next week.

I don't think SPEED has 35r.
