Good Bye
Good Bye
It's been a great 3.5 (6 year loan) years with the EVO. But buying it when I did wasn't the greatest decision I have ever made. It's being traded in today and I'll be driving a 2003 Toyota Celica (not a bad looking car, but that's all it has is looks and no GO). Good gas millage and total cost of ownership is much lower then the EVO. I'll get use to the color Yellow https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/im...e_thumbsup.gif

Anyway, much Love to you all, as I'll always be an Evo owner at heart and hopefully in a few years I'll be back in a new Evo. It's time for me to make things right in my life with the wife.
Peace!
ps: would anyone here think it funny if I got a license plate frame that said something like "My EVO was just too much for me to handle" ... ideas suggestions.

gonna stick w/my truck for now. till i got a bigger house. maybe i 2 years gonna get a X or 9 but im looking for a TOMMY 6.5 (EVO)
You can mos'def park next to my Evo any day of week! I don't think anyone here is going to turn away a friend cause of the car they drive. Well... unless you get pink recaro's in that chick ride... that'll be pushing it!! Lol j/kBtw, when you come back to the Evo in the future, considering how the 4G63 is no more in the new models, you'll have to tell us what you think of the 4B11. Maybe you'll be driving an Evo XII or something
i already find myself going through boost with draw and looking up prices on turbo kits, but a new house is more important

I swear for me personally that EVO defined me as a person, I feel like a part of me is missing. It's so weird driving this car and not the EVO. I'm sure as time goes on I'll come out of it and in a few years I'll buy a used 9 from someone.
just a gt 140 HP, but I haven't really looked under the hood all the much other then the inital inspection to make sure everything was okay. feels more then 140 hp though, I'll have to tear the plastic covers off the engine bay to have a deeper look.

It's a good looking car and handles pretty well for fwd. Enjoy it as much as you can. I know it can't replace the evo, just trying to make the transition a little easier.
