Now, more than ever, I'm glad I went to Carmax. Even when I was just looking, stohlman treated me like crap. Sure I look young, but I'm married, homeowner, very steady employment, late 20s, I knew a lot about the Evo, etc. and they treated me like some dumb kid, including offering me ridiculously high finance terms. I thanked them for the test drive and went right out to Dulles Carmax, where I was in and out in 2 hrs. with my Evo and a big smile on my face. I can't believe how they've treated TomB.

well after they told me that our club is nothing.... i guess they don't care. oh, but i was told today by them, that we need to watch what we say, and keep our comments to our self ....YEAH RIGHT

Does the service manager have a email address?? We should bomb his account with mundain, silly service questions and then forward any nasty remarks to the dealership owner. Never get mad, get even!! {thumbup}

well...eclc...is having a national meet in VA...how about we roll there...and shut them up..and since i am a mitsu salesman/manager...i show them sum selling skills

hell yea ... i watched this thing every step of the way ... and suggested the boycott ... dumb ass's.

I bought my RS from Ariel there and he treated me extra nice and with a lot of respect. They gave me very good financing, and treated me with dignity and respect, even though I'm 23, and I look 16 :)

I guess you had the wrong salesperson? I feel your pain though, because I get disrespect from a lot of dealers. Ariel gave me respect for some reason.

Anyway, if anybody would like to give them another chance I'll come in with you and make sure they treat you nicely like they treated me.

Of course they're REAL nice when they sell the car. Just wait until you have the slightest problem... then the true colors shine through. Good luck.

Salesperson has nothing to do with warrentty work!!!!!! They will kiss your ass till you got a problem, then you will be in Thomas's shoes with all the BS there giving him.
