Friend of mine (evo owner) saw some guy on the highway with a yellow IX exhaust and full tint pulling out of nowhere driving like a maniac approaching from behind, a supra was there too minding his own business, the evo cuts off the supra twice suddenly the supra gets ahead of the evo and blasts away as if the evo was standing still then slows down, it ended up with the evo doing a ricer fly by.

Do people still street race in the UAE with all the impounding and radars going on over there ?

 

ya the still race even with the radars coz most of the ppl know where the radars are so its not a big deal to race i remmber once i toke my bike ti dubai me and a friend we didnt leave any radar alone we pass them driving about 260-300km coz that pic is from the frount and we dont have plates in front of course lool

and one more thing,,,,,that police are not alowed to case ppl in streets

 

Unfortunately, street racing is still a common occurrence in this place, especially so in Dubai, with a lot of it going on around Mirdif and Jumeirah Beach Road.

Regarding the yellow IX that your friend saw racing, did it have black side skirts and black lower front lip with brand decals in white? If so, I might know the owner and will have a word with him...
