There really isn't a good dyno in Lebanon but, my car was roughly 450HP on crappy Lebanese fuel... The fastest car in lebanon, which he tuned by him, runs the 1/4 in the mid 8s on race gas, its the black Sti, if you join his facebook group, Kazan Racing, and watch the race event in Jizeen you'll see it. The second fastest car in Lebanon, is also tuned by him, it run's the 1/4 in the low to mid 9s on race gas.

What kind of engine mangment system he use?? AEM, HKS F-CON, HAL-TECH??
Am asking these question cuz I might build my engine later on this year or maybe next year, and I want a good tuner to tune it for me on our 98oct RON pump gas.
My plane is to get 4WS here to tune all the evo's here in Kuwait and add my car to the list

EcuTec & Motec
The Ecutec runs on the stock ecu. The Motec is a stand alone.
He is also a great guy to consult on piecing together parts to get the best and most reliable performance.

By the way, the black Sti was recently tested with the GTech RR. The car was equipped with M/T tires, C16 race fuel, +35PSI etc. As I perviously stated, the car is a mid 8sec 1/4 mile beast, proven by the GTech. The car is currently under heavy modification and Philipe is aiming to get the car into the high 7s. Once Philipe is done with the car I will post a video for you all to decide weather Philipe is one of the best tuners in the Middle East or not.
