Hey guys,
We're having a benefit at the end of the month for a dear friend who isn't in the greatest health. Dan has been wanting to put a Supra motor into his Lexus for quite some time now and hasn't been able to afford it due to mounting medical bills and other associated costs. He wants nothing more than to be able to cruise in his car this summer with a 2jz in it. Time is of the essence since no one knows how long his health is going to hold out. We are going to make the swap happen, even if it means putting off my personal project for another year. I'm asking for support from you guys to come out and enjoy what should be a good time, heck the weather might even be nice by then.

For those of you that don't know Dan (Drvn2XL on thelotspot), he is a good friend of many in the Cleveland car community. When we were kicked out of the Office Max lot last year, it was Dan who opened his shop in Berea (ESP) for all of us to hang out. As a child, he was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma which led to many complications with his lungs over the years. He recently had a viral infection in his lungs which caused irreparable damage. He is now in need of a lung transplant. If he can get the transplant, his life expectancy is approximately 5 to 10 years . Without it, ???(He is 26 now)
Dan purchased a Lexus SC300 about one and a half years ago with the intention of swapping in a 2JZ GTE. With his declining health and mounting bills, his project is not likely to be completed. We would like to make sure it does. A letter is being written for shows such as "Overhaulin'", but we realize it is a long shot. Our intention is to raise enough money to at least get the motor swapped into the car and have it running for him. We'll worry about modding it later when the time comes.
Dan's friends reserved the party room at Dina's Pizza in Old Brooklyn for a benefit/lotspot/Cleveland Racing get together. The date is Saturday, March 31st (5-11PM) and is posted in the calendar. Pizza, wings, and softdrinks will be provided and there will be a full service bar downstairs. (you must purchase your own alcoholic beverages)

Had big EVOLUTION VIIII decal on the front.
I assume it's 05 SSL because of leather seats. It wasn't RR, what color are they? Looked nice
