cats in wisconsin?
is it illegal to have a test pipe in wisconsin? is it legally required to have a catalytic converter on your vehicle?

Oh Ya,

but, some counties do not emmision check like mine Walworth County.

dont get caught w/o cat though, biggy ticket.
