Me and my big mouth. I was boasting on another IL members thread, how I've never been pulled over for exhaust, or no front licence plate in IL. That was until last night. Enter IL State police. Local police don't seem to be to concerned. I think State police are more aware. Pulled over right in front of Autozone. Kind of like he was waiting there, in the a parking lot next to it, for modified cars. Anyways, me trying to be ever so polite, luckily got off with a written warning.
Nice work. I've only ever been ticketed by the ISP for tints and plates (and mostly on 355 near their district HQ, lol) *knock on wood*... most local cops will let you off with a written warning, however in these tight economic times, it's an easy buck to make by issuing these tickets.

I had gotten a written warning for no front plate in Dekalb when i was visiting a friend a few weeks ago. They must have been board since they had three cop cars surround my car in the Molly's parking lot. I felt like I was on cops...
On a side note my cousin's a cop, and won't give out front plate ticket's since she doesn't have one on her own car.
