The plan is to meet at D&B's Saturday, May 15th around 1pm. Finding enough space to meet at the park is going to be too difficult in the afternoon so for now we will meet up in the more than spacious D&B parking lot. I'm looking foward to meeting all the local evos. I've seen quite a few lately that I know weren't at the dyno day last fall. Hopefully we'll get to see a few new faces. I would love to put together a cruise later on this summer. Come out, show some support and we'll see what we can put together. Please post if you're planning on comming so we know who to expect. I put up a post over on NASIOC inviting the STI guys. They have a big dyno day that weekend. It looks like alot of them are getting UTECs installed and tuned. There's going to be some mean subarus on the streets in a couple of weeks.

Anyone going to the rallycross the following weekend? I'll be at the lake but the rallycross looks hella fun.

 

Hey Steve, Dan, and Nathan thanks for keeping me in mind. Steve I got your email and also had a PM from Nathan. I will talk to the wife about the 15th and let you know if I can make it. I am installing a new set of plug wires and plugs in the Syclone this weekend so the timing is good for me to be able to bring the truck.

Well, the wife wouldn't go for me getting another Evo right now. As I told Nathan I also tried to get her to let me buy a slightly used (3k miles) 10th anniversary 03 Cobra. man it was sweet looking, and the power would have been nice. The wife blew a gasket on that one and said no used cars!

So I ended-up with a silver R32 sitting in my garage. It doesn't have the hard-hitting power of the Evo, or the knife edge handling, but man it is a cool little car. I already have the intake for it awaiting a new stepped MAF hose, and have also done the exhaust flap mod. Chip next , then maybe a Vf engineering SC kit.... .
This thing is a blast to drive and the sound of the 3.2 VR6 is like a race engine.

Hopefully I will be able to make the event, D&Bs is a good choice I think!
