Calling All EVO's in Kentucky
 

Every Thursday night, we have a meet -n- greet @ Parkette Drive-in on New Circle Road. We meet @ Street Sports on the Old Dragstrip in Nicholasville by 7:45p in order to caravan over. If anyone wants to meet over there @ Parkette, then be there around 8:15p. I want to try to get as many Evo's as possible. My husband has his Z buddies, and WRX are a dime a dozen. There is usually only me and sometimes Drew shows up. I spoke with a guy that came in today and he (Graphite MR) and his girlfriend (White Evo V///) are coming.

Hope to see as many as can show. Come hungry, plan to stay late, and make them shine.

I know that you are out of town for awhile, but we meet @ Parkette every Thursday until the weather is bad again. I believe it was October.

Yeah....what he said. I work Tues-Fri at night so I can't come, but talk to all the EVO owners there and see about getting as many EVO's as possible to show up for the EVO/STI meet we are trying to get together soon.

Do you do this every week ? cause i have been planning to come to this for awhile now. but i'd like to get an idea of what i am lookin at. before i make the trip

We do have it every week, depending on the weather. Basically we don't show in Severe Weather. We will be there tonight.

It is sometimes small but then there are times when the parking lot is full. We have a great time. We talk cars, eat good food, and just hang out with friends. You should really come by and try it out at least once. Becareful though, you might get hooked on the chicken and the hospitality.

Ok Well I Will Try But Can't Make No Promises......sumtimes Work Comes Up.....but If Not This Week I Will Definately Keep In Touch And Find A Thursday That I Can Make It. How Many Usually Roll Together ?

you guys should come up to INDY MAY 7th, go look at the Winged warrior thread under midwest forums, lots of evos, and lots of racing and fun! you can watch evoimport6 gun for the title and bring the trophy back to KY. there are people comming from mich.,Ill., ohio to try to take it, But I think it will stay in INDY!

What about coming up to Cincinnati? There is a rather large following of EVOs here. To include Chris's AMS 600WHP rocket that has been in both Dsport and Modified magazines. I am the main cooriidinator of our meets here. Please shoot me a PM and we can coordinate some meets. KY, IN, OH all of us meet some where.

I would like to also drum up enough support to sponsor a track day at the local drag strip or even possibly a day at Putnam park or Mid Ohio raceway.

Damn....where were you guys when I posted about 3 weeks ago about getting some Ohio, Indiana, Tennesee, and Kentucky EVO's together for a big EVO/STI meet?

If you guys want to do this lets start making plans. We have a nice park with ALOT of space on the Ohio River that we ususally have our local meets at that we can host a meet at if you guys would be interested in coming to Lousiville.

I'm all for a mid-ohio track day!! get it done paul!!
