Evolution 8's in Indianapolis??
 

Hey gang! Are there any Evolution 8's in Indianapoils, Indiana yet?? The dealer I am buying mine from initially told me it would be shipping March 13th, but claims to not have a VIN# for the car yet, and is kind of acting a little shady now that we are getting close to the date of arrival. Not much info, and seeming to be a little less sure of my cars arrival date. Any help from people in the area would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

I'm also interested as to when they will arrive, since I live in Indy also! Say, what dealer are you going to?
My brother from Evansville is getting his EVO 8 from a Sam Swope Mitsu. in Louisville, and there is NO mark-up at all on it!! ;)
Maybe try that dealer since it's not to far south on I-65 from here, my brother says they've been great to him! {blob}

I actually saw a truck pulling evos during my drive through Northern Indiana last night to pick up my sub from Omnivegita. He actually started a thread saying he saw a truck (probably same one that I saw) heheh. Should be in the dealerships pretty soon...I wish I could test drive one, but they probably won't let me :rolleyes:

My friends told me that the dealer in Fort Wayne, Indiana got their Evo 8 already!! Damn! When is my car getting to Indy???

Okay...so, I need some help here....the ship date for my Apex Silver Evolution 8 is supposed to be this week from what my dealer is telling me. I have one question though that I pose to you all. Supposedly I am getting the first and only silver Evo out of this Indianapolis dealers initial shipment, yet I have talked to others that called the SAME DEALER and inquired about getting silver Evo's and they were all told that there were 3 silver's sold, but that for "$2,000 non-refundable" the salesman could "get one of those cars anyway". I am not only worried, but a liitle ticked. What would you do if you were me? I am running in One Lap of America with this car and would like to get it as soon as possible to get it broken in, and get some seat time in it. So....what should my next step be to make sure I don't get screwed?
