t bolt hose clamp size info
Hey all,
I popped the lower iC pipe hose (AMS) this week-end and want to replace the clamps. I was told on a previous post that NAPA carries them. Now I need to know which size I need. I just want to replace the one that goes from the IC to the lower pipe. Maybe somebody has done all the work already and could point me in the right direction. Thanks,
Sigfrid

The diameter you're shooting for is the diameter of the pipe + the thickness of the silicon coupling. A coupling adds roughtly 1/8" or .125" to the diameter. So a 2.5" pipe will use around a 2.625" clamp.
