How much does the stock wheel weigh?

How much do the forged TE37's, Advan RG's or VR Gram Lightes register in at in the 17 X 9.5 size?

There's also a forum dedicated to Wheel descriptions (weight, size, pics, etc.) but I can't remember the address.

 

The stock tire and wheel combo is 45lbs as per our shop scales. A bit porky if you ask me. I am used to the 34.5lbs that my CE28s and Toyo tires come in at for my WRX. Granted my tires are 225/45/17, but all the same the EVO wheels are porkers.

 

Yeah, wow thats real heavy. I'd definately have to get some lightweight TE37's or some forged wheel for my Evo

 

It does seem on the heavy side. My 17" OZ Superturismos and Yokohamas weighed in at 40#.
