I did my first auto-x today and they put me in the ESP class...does this sound right, or did they get it wrong?

officially the evo is in BSP not ESP. But if they let you run ESP, then that is great.

Like Chris said... However this is a change as of '06 so whoever told you to run ESP isn't aware of the rules change.

Ask to be put into BSP next time you go in order to keep things fair and prevent maybe cheating someone out of some points.

Jdog, boost controller should put you in SM, unless they change the rules again.

Man with your mods I thought that was a joke......most evo's would probably fall into a race class.

For 2006, all Street Prepared classed allow you to modify your boost levels. The Evo is classed in BSP as well as the STi.

Also, your blow-off valve is not allowed in SP. So Street Mod (SM) is where should really be.

The rule book is also online now, so there is no reason to buy it. scca.com is where you can find it.
