Yes I do work there. My brother has an Evo 9 and I did offer it to him but he wants to go with a single disc in the future since his modifing of the car will slow down from power mods to appearence mods. I have the clutch at the dealership and will be happy to show it to you anytime you wish.

I have new info on this clutch I have. Its a twin plate model #MM022SD. I now have install instructions and torque specs. I spoke to a representative of Exedy who handles tech questions and he says the clutch is fine. The discs have just under 4 mm (3.75 mm to be exact) of material left and he says thats plenty to last a long time. The plates look fine and so does the flywheel. He says the clutch could not have been in the car long (few hundred miles). I asked him if the clutch will chatter, and he says that is common with these clutches and thats perfectly normal. Should hold 450 to 500 hp without a problem. Again this clutch retails for $1400 to $1600 new.

So knowing this, I have decided that I will let it go for $500 plus shipping. I will not be responsible if it does not work for that will be the installers responsibilty. I am taking Exedys word for it so I believe the buyer should too.

I will only take a bank check or moneyorder as payment. Clutch will be shipped out within the next day of recieved payment. Thanks for the inquires. If you want pics please PM me your e-mail address and I will send them to you. Or you can call me at (414)745-8649 cell if you wish to speak to me about it. You can also call me at work (Don Jacobs Mitsubishi) (414)727-2900.

To tell you the truth, I don't know. But I bet someone has to know on this board or it has been posted before.
