New Ferredo Brakes Squeeking Bad "Help"

I recently purschased a new set of DS2500s for my rears on stock Brembo rotors.

I unfortunately had to replace my clutch soon after I installed them, leaving my car idle for over 2 weeks, had to wait for parts. Now the rears squeek really bad, did not have this right after I installed them, or previously, just after I started driving again. Did I let them set too long without being "broke in"? I am thinking about using brake cleaner on them to see if that works... any ideas?

Did you do a bed-in procedure when you first installed them? If not I would recommend it, here's a good writeup on the process.

Also, make sure to apply some anti-squeal on the shims.

1. Bed them in properly
2. Re-use all the shims
3. Use anti-squeel lubricant between the pads and shims.
