Wheels/Tires/Fender rolling

Im looking at wheels/tires and was wondering if you knew how wide we can go and how big of a rim we can go without rolling fenders or moding them at all. Because im looking at some Rennen RC2s http://www.mimousa.com/home.asp?dir=products&prod=2189 and theyre 19x9.5 and im thinking that might be pushing it. And i searched and all and found a thread that showed everyones sizeing and if they needed to roll the fenders but couldnt find my ?. Thanks!

On the CT9A chassis, the farthest anyone has gone without rolling the fenders (or going widebody) is 265mm wide tires wrapped around 9.5 inch wide rims, with 35 mm offset (front and rear). The 35 mm offset is critical (anything else and you will probably rub).

What offset are they? They are 19 inches so I am not sure if it will work or not. It still may rub. The rims that worked were 18 inches not 19, but I am imagine 19's could still work, but you might have to go with 255's instead of 265.

wrong section btw

we have a wheel tire and suspension section

I think the fact that they are 19's will limit you to a 255 tire

Those rims are ridiculously ugly, man. Those thing belong on pimp cars and trucks, not an Evo.

To answer your question, we can't answer your question without an offset. 19X9.5 is HUGE, so your choices on rubber will be severely limited. I would suggest considering an 18X9.5 with 265/35-18 in a rim that looks nice and performs well.

You don't mind that they are ridiculously ugly? Imagine how awesome of a rim you could get for that price in the 18" size, which will not only look good but also IMPROVE performance as opposed to killing it.

And about the rennens, they looked badass in my opinion on my old car http://www.cobaltss.net/gallery/show...hp?i=18251&c=3 http://www.cobaltss.net/gallery/show...hp?i=18256&c=3 http://www.cobaltss.net/gallery/show...hp?i=18264&c=3 . But would going to a 19" rim 9.5" wide **** the bed on performance badly? It doesnt seem like it would but i could be completly wrong.
