We are installing a GM 3 port on a Evo X GSR in the next couple weeks or so. Expect a post with all the information.

Primary, as the secondary has no error correction applied to it. To me it looks like the secondary was engineered for lower throttle angles and the primary was for WOT.

We are tapping directly into the wires via vampire taps (for now)

I also want to test the plug and play 3port as well.

what are the gains expected from the GM 3 port? Is it better than doing the "pill" mod?

I would think it'll be minimal gains. The solenoid is able build boost early and peak high. With the pill it's able to hold boost pretty good. These are what you're looking for when you upgrade the bcs.
Maybe put a primary solenoid on the secondary to see if the primary is any bigger of a solenoid. It should take less duty if it is.
