Hey guys I have a question concerning the newest factory ECU flash. I've done some forum scouring and I've yet to come up with a thread that really breaks it down. Here's what I would like to know. I know that the newest OEM factory flash improves performance a bit and greatly improves gas mileage. My question is what is the number or code or nomenclature of the newest flash? Also, I've read there is a sticker under the hood that lists what flash your particular ECU is on. Where EXACTLY is this sticker under the hood? My car is currently in the shop for repairs for a wreck I got into, but I think I am going to tell the mitsu dealership that the car is being fixed at that my idle is a bit erratic and that I've read that there is a new flash and ask them to do it. The problem is I don't know what flash my car is on, but I know that it is not the newest because it really does occasionally idle erratically. Just in case the dealership tries to tell me they did it, I want to know where the sticker is, and what the newest flash is so I can look as soon as I get the car back to make sure they actually did it. I know this is kind of an old topic but any help would be greatly appreciated. Pics would also be sweet, but not necessary. Thanks!!

if you have an OP2.0 cable you can just download your ROM yourself to work out what ROMID you currently have!
