double din radio dash from crutchfield

double din radio dash from crutchfield

How does the double din dash from crutchfield look on our cars. Any pictures?

Im thinking its the one from Scoshe (sp?). If you search the "scoshe" you should find a few pictures.

Since no one here has bought one, I called crutchfield and they told me they use a metra not a scoshe. Here's the difference

This is the scoshe

This is the metra

Even though on metra's website it says that the kit leaves no gaps, a bunch of people on crutchfield says that it does leave a gap.

What about going to a junkyard and pulling the double din console, will that fit in my DE and will I be able to use it for aftermarket radios?

Thats what I got and it doesnt kit tight all around the edges like the factory radio does!
