Brakes

I know my toyota had a brake light that went off when the brakes needed to be changed, i was wondering if the 2008 lancers had this same feature?

brakes should be good for over 75k miles. so unless you got that many miles i wouldnt worry about it.

my brothers 08 es has 63k miles still stops like it did on day 1.

mmm darn, i just hit 45k but i was just curious, she still stops great but peace of mind of not having to worry about it and a little light that tells me when to check my brakes goes a long way ;-D

i called my dealer and the dealer says they wont squeak when tis time to change them. they didnt put the small piece of aluminum there that scrapes when the brakes get low... you just "have to make sure its checked and serviced regularly" .... a**holes
