It most certainly DOES and in fact I am using one as we speak. I Use th IPOD Interface as well but I prefer just using the AUX input as I can operate my IPOD while watching the road. It has a VERY clear screan and I watch movies on road trips, upload images and backgraounds as well as play movies off of a card or USB thumb drive. Nav is on point, most impressed with that.

It has an AUX input which means anything can be plugged it and if you set it to AUX and plug in the IPOD it uses the IPOD as the interface instead of the touch screen if you prefer, it owns.
The entire unit is touch screen, it can go dark too when driving to keep the cabin dark, it can play movies when you drive, it can warn you if you are speeding, you can set the speed traps and speed cameras, it tells you your average speed, time to destination, has a million languages to use, dude $300, it owns, you won't find a better deal, I promise
