I would deff start performance wise w/ an exhaust and an intake. a decent exhaust wuld run u about $400. I personally have the Greddy Ti-c, its great, but theirs a lot out their. Next, u have a choice between a short ram intake ($200), or a cold air intake($300). i have cold air installed in my car. Its a little better, but also comes w/ the risk of being easier to flood the engine, so u have to b a little careful in the rain, especially through puddles. as for cosmetics, theirs a lot of little things. black out kit, HIDs, LEDs, Rims, tints, ect. It all depends on ur personal taste. You can check out my garage gallery for the exhaust n CAI. Hope this helps :-)

it was cheap, like $40. Its just a vinyl, like a matte black decal that goes over the grille in the front. Some places also sell a relocation kit for your license plate, also very cheap, but if you're goin to get this, u must install this before the vinyl because if not, you have to cut holes in the vinyl for the license plate bolts, and if you were to remove and relocate the license plate after that, it doesnt look so pretty.

buy megan coilovers $850 and get some 19 x 8.5 rims, then you're set

car will look good and handle better. performance sucks on this car, dont waste money on muffler and intakes for 8-10hp

peronally, i would go with 18 inch rims. sure 19s are bigger, n look a little nicer, but they're so much less common than 18s or even 20s that some 19s cost almost as much as 20s. For price, i think ur better off goin with 18s.

Wont the intake, and exhaust void warrent? And I just bought a used HKS exhaust I'm wondering whats the pros, and cons are about used part? My 2010 Lancer SE is brand new too so im kinda in the same boat as Ajax129, and im kinda hesitant about puting on my exhaust.
