I just purchased a brand new 2010 Lancer GTS Sportback and I like the car so far (only put 100 miles on it) but there are a few things that I dont like and want to know if there are fixes.

I read my owners manual and cannot find answers so I'm hoping someone here knows.

1. I have the standard radio (no satellite radio) and the up down buttons on the steering wheel only have a SEEK function and will not do a CHANNEL SELECT. I would rather have it go through my preprogrammed stations than SEEK but it looks like that is only an option on the SAT radio...is that right? If so, is there an aftermarket fix for this or is it only to buy a SAT radio?

2. I like the look of the fog lights on with headlights but when I turn the headlights off, the fog lights go off as well and you have to turn them on separately once the headlighs are on again. Is there a way to make it where they will always turn on wiht the headlights?

3. Finally are there any other suggestions or tips that owners can give me about these cars. This is my first Mitsubishi so I'm hoping for a good experience.

The fog light thing is how it works on pretty much all cars. I believe it is illegal to have fogs on by themselves, so manufacturers set them up to turn on only after the low beams are on. The only thing that may work for keeping them on is to just turn on ur lows and fogs, and let the car turn them off automatically after u shut it off. Can't remember if this will keep the fogs on when you start up again, but its worth a try.
