I have the same issue.
Mine is a 2008 JDM GSR sst with 140,000 Kms mostly modded.
I am currently trying different ECU SST tables and have it about 90% right. I will publish my results when I am confident it will fix it or at least lessen it to a point it can be lived with

Are you on the original transmission? If so, it just may be your SST. 2008 was not a good year for the SST. Had mine replaced under warranty. No issues since.

Yep still on original. I have no doubt it is exaggerated by some wear on the clutches. But as my warranty is well and truly gone I am investigating the cheaper option first. I now have it at the stage the taking off on a flat road is fine and aggressive starts and slight hills are not a worry but still does it on hard turns I.E U turn and on step hill starts. The clutches are not over slipping either so with some more fine tuning I am sure I can sort it .

I bought myself a used 2011 RalliArt, and notice that 1st and 2nd gear are a little hard, meaning when it shifts its jerk. Not sure is this normal because I might had read somewhere saying its normal and can be solve by flashing something. Sorry, I'm new.
