2nd SST Transmission with a problem - WTH This Sucks

My 1st transmission went out with the odd shift gears only shifting. 1st, 3rd, and 5th would only shift manually.

I had it replaced around 30,000 with new trans. from Mitsubishi. Not even 10,000 miles on it. about 3-5000k. It's acting up.

Now I have this jerky/shutter before 1st gear issue.

Car was at 50,000k now. I never took it back thinking it might be a bushing problem or motor mount.

I can't believe a brand new transmission can go out that quick.

I have no mods at all.

Will they replace it even if the warranty is out? I don't have 11k to drop for a new trans.

Does it feel like the clutched engage then disengage quickly and so on while you try to go? Mine feels like that from time to time and mine doesn't even have 10k miles yet

You posted on EVOXFORUMS, so what are you actually going to do about it?

my engine just moves like its wheel hopping before hitting 1st gear like it's slipping. this was 2weeks after the transmission was replaced.

dang, what was the reasoning given? Surprised they replaced the short block too. and all MMNA parts when installed at a dealer have a 12M/12k mile warranty.

Would like to know more info tho, glad they fixed it.
