somoene posted after it happen some pictures and results, but this is the first video i have seen. very cool.
lol at the 6:00 mark i thought he blew the rear tire when he went off, but the sounds is actually some mucis being faded in ROFL.
wonder where he actually lost the LICP.. i thought i was at the begining but he was still pulling bosst during the bottom half. Couldn't tell in the latter parts where he lost it due to the music. i know fromthe post a long time ago that he lost the Licp from striking something.. i think it was just a rock.

No problem. Glad everyone enjoyed it! It looks pretty scary though i got to say being that high with rocks under the car and no protection to stop your car from falling.

Wow... I've actually been up Pikes Peak twice, and I must say, to this day, I'm still suprised that people actually race up this mountain. It's pretty serious stuff if you fu*k up. It's scary enough driving up to the top normally peering over the edges

I saw the car up at the top, and there was a quarter sized hole in the LICP. I'd imagine it happened at the turn just a minute or so from the bottom (when you can see the hay bales explode). He turned a pretty damn respectable time considering the lack of boost. Gotta say I'm jealous of the helicopter footage, that makes for some great video!
Here's roof-cam view from our car last year:

Edit: Forgot to add that they're currently scheduled to finish paving by 2013 last I heard. Get ready for some F1 cars!
