it will be right at 2800 lbs until the fuel cell gets installed. Then we will get around another 75 lbs with the cell, fuel system redesign, exhaust rework and the rear diffuser

So Im guessing unlimited... no fuel cells in modified

Where in the rules does it say that? Pretty sure you can put a fuel cell in a stock class car if you want.
