I salute you sir.
You dont know how many times I was told to get the GTC-300 or a GTC-500 for a DD car.....
Their supporting reason being cause it looks cool and I get more street cred.
Im glad there are people out there who believe in use and application over how a product looks.

Thanks for the heads up about the wing failure.
I hope your new GTC-200 works out for you!

Thanks, It was the logical choice based on how my EVO is set up. The 200 is a large percentage greater in potential down-force than our stocker IMO

LOL, it was actually an old EBay trunk lip that I installed. The day of the wing failure was extreme wind & maybe the added wing lip broke the camels back

I have the GTC-200 as well. IMO if you get the risers, it looks MUCH better.

^^^Great example there Vic. The polyurethane filled wing makes all the difference

What conditions were you under when your wing failed?

I guess there is such a thing as too much downforce. Sucks that it happened, are stronger OE Evo8 wings cheap?

I wasn't a big wing fan for my street/track car, but this gives me an excuse to become one

Where & how much for GTC 200 wing with 2" risers? What do you put on front to counter balance downforce?

Depends on where you get it but expect to pay $700.00 for the wing & anywhere from $70-80 for the risers

Heres what it looks like all mounted up at 2 degrees

My front is stock except for a home built air dam & undertray

What if some of that expanding foam crack filler stuff got sprayed into the EVO9 wing? Is there easy access to the space through the side post somehow?

Im sure it would help. But I don't know how you would inject the foam.
