I had fun building engines and working on my 240 and driving around when I should've been in class. I'd do it again too lol best years of my life. Being an adult sucks!
and I'm not old!

Yes, the wheel gets moved forward a bit. I have the perrin PSRS and the tire is too far forward, it rubs the front of the liner (chewed them up pretty bad), and almost rubs the bumper, but has a solid 2 fingers of clearance in the rear. I plan on getting Ciro caster plates to try and get it more centered in the wheel well. The whiteline doesn't move the tire as much, so you should be fine.
I didn't have time to get over to the shop and take pics of my tires last night.

I would like to keep the camber control at the top of the strut and Zero out the plates and set the eccentric bolts to -1 or whatever, -2 I think if you flip the bolt, and adjust the plate to get more/less camber, and be able to adjust caster as needed to get the wheel centered up too.
I think I'm in the same spot you are. My stock wheels/tires are juuuuust eating into the fender liner and I want to put some aluminum flashing in there to make my own liners or something and I don't want the tire eating into it cause it'll be much more detrimental to things if they're metal I assume.
At the very least if I do replace those liners with factory pieces I don't want to have to replace them ever again cause new they're like $60

Our PSRS move things quite a bit forward at the bottom.. but i have to think that adding more at the top won't really bring the wheel back much seeing where the hub pivots from. If we're talking a couple degrees up top, would we even notice any movement on the wheel?
I have to admit I'm wondering if the caster gain is worth the fitment problems. I just can't keep my fender liner away from my tires. the passenger side is pretty much gone, behind the oil cooler, with only the metal bracing left. It's ridiculous.
Maybe i need a different wheel so i could get rid of my 20mm spacer.

I found an old thread, Ciro said maxing out the caster adjustment (which adds ~2* caster), moves the wheel back about .165".
The big spacer and resulting low offset could be hurting you. I just took the fasteners out of the front of the liners and ziptied them out of the way for now.

A. any extra caster is good for the Evo
2. even a couple mm difference would help with that eating the liners I think.
my passengers side is like yours the tire likes to reach out and touch that metal brace... grates on my nerves.
