I went to the Bluegrass Bimmers club event a few weeks back to check out the new National Corvette Museum track.Man, is that a nice track. Very challenging. Not wanting to burn up A6's for a lapping day, I bought some RS3's for general usage. Realized it was the first time in 3 years I've had my car on track without DOT slicks. So yeah, I was overdriving them here and there

The GoPro mounted in the cabin just gives wind noise so I added some music this time. Any hints on getting better sound would be much appreciated. And yes, much time was left on the table, which is why I look forward to going back.

Use an external mic and send the wire and the mic to the outside of the trunk.

Or mount to the windshield just behind the rear view mirror and use skeleton case with open back. I do both and don't have a problem with wind noise. Of course, if you talk to yourself while driving...

It's some early Santana from their album Abraxas, recorded before most of the folks on this site were born. The second song is from a Carlos Santana solo album from the early 80's. I was getting bored of wind noise and was in a Santana kind of mood when I finished up the videos last weekend.
